This explains what Refresh Fruit Boutique collects when you use our website, why, and who we share it with. We do not sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Your cell number, to sign you in with a texted code and to reach you about your order.
- Your name and addresses, including the name and phone of the people you send orders to.
- Your email and birthday, only if you choose to give them, to reach you and to mark your birthday.
- Your orders: what you ordered, notes, tips, delivery details, and your past purchases in our store, so we can show “You usually get” and your past orders.
- Payment: your card is typed into secure fields run by our payment processor. Your card number never reaches our website. We keep only a token from the processor, the card type and its last four digits, so we can charge your order and remember your card if you choose.
- Messages you send us through the Contact page.
- Basic technical data, such as your connection's address, to protect the site against abuse.
Cookies and your device
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your bag and a few preferences are kept on your own device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store and the website, and only for that:
- our payment processor, to hold and charge your card;
- our store's register system, where your orders are prepared and rung up;
- our text-message provider, to send sign-in codes and order texts;
- the companies that host the website and its database;
- an address service, to help you type a correct address.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you order with us, and afterwards as long as we need it for our records and the law.
Your choices
You can see your orders, addresses and saved card in your account, change your addresses, and remove your saved card at any time. To see, correct or delete your information, call us at (718) 437-4422.
Children
The website is for adults placing orders. It isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
